The Application uses Apple’s in-app purchase system and RevenueCat to process purchases and manage entitlements. These services may collect limited transaction-related information (such as product identifiers and receipts) to verify and fulfill purchases. We do not collect or store any payment card or billing information. All payments are securely handled by Apple.
The Application does not gather or store precise geolocation information, contact lists, or any sensitive personal data.
When you upload a photo to use Rizz's AI style features, the image is sent securely to Google’s Gemini API for processing. This transmission happens over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and is used only for generating the requested AI-styled image. Your uploaded photo and the generated image are not stored on our servers. According to Google’s Gemini API policy, uploaded images are not used for training the model and are not retained permanently. Once the generation is complete, the resulting image is returned to your device and stored locally. Rizz AI does not perform facial recognition, biometric analysis, or identity detection, and it does not share or reuse your images for any purpose other than generating the requested result.

The Application allows users to log in using Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple. These services authenticate your identity and provide your name and email address to the Application. Account data (such as your name and email) is retained for as long as your account remains active. You can delete your account at any time using the in-app "Delete Account" option, which removes your personal data from our systems. Analytics data may be retained in aggregated, anonymous form for app-performance monitoring.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided such information, please contact us at appeneuretech@gmail.com so we can promptly delete it.
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures—both technical and organizational—to protect information processed by the Application from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
