These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Rizz AI mobile application ("Application" or "App"), developed and provided by Appeneure Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Service Provider", "we", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall or discontinue using the Application immediately.
Rizz AI allows users to transform their photos into creative artistic styles using AI technology. You may use the Application only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to use the Application in any way that:
You may log in to the Application using third-party authentication services such as Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your login.
Photos you upload are processed locally on your device to create styled images. We do not upload or store your photos or generated content on our servers. All images remain on your device unless you choose to share or delete them manually.
The Application, including its code, design, logo, and name "Nano Potato", is the intellectual property of Appeneure Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You retain ownership of any photos or content you create using the Application. By using the Application, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process your images locally on your device for the purpose of generating styles.
The Application integrates with third-party services such as Firebase, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and Expo. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, performance, or data handling of these third-party services.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Application will always function uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appeneure Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Application.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted within the Application and on our website. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In-App PurchasesThe Application offers optional in-app purchases in the form of consumable credit packs. Each credit can be used to generate one AI-styled image. Credits are consumable and non-refundable once used.
All purchases are processed securely through Apple’s in-app purchase system. We do not have access to or store your payment information. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region according to App Store pricing tiers.
By completing a purchase, you agree that credits are provided for digital content generation and are delivered immediately after payment, making them non-refundable under App Store policy. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.
The Application offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans such as NanoPotato Pro Weekly and NanoPotato Pro Yearly. These subscriptions provide access to premium features and additional image generation capacity.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store account settings.
